AMFLOW® SIMPLEX FILTER LP

Low Pressure FilterOVERVIEW

The SIMPLEX FILTER LP is a low pressure filter assembly for pressures up to 414-bar (6,000 PSI) and incorporates a large, reusable filter element that can be back flushed for cleaning purposes. Filter elements are available from 2.5 to 300 microns.

The SIMPLEX FILTER LP has two design options allowing an operator to be visually informed when the filter is clogged.  The differential pop-up option and an Atex certified switch.

OPTIONS

MOUNTING BRACKET

DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE POP-UP ASSEMBLY is a mechanical visual indicator which literally "pop's-up" at the top of the filter when the differential pressure builds up to 3-bar and inhibits the flow, thus indicating it is time to replace the filter.

ATEX SWITCH with DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE POP-UP ASSEMBLY is designed to detect the "pop-up" condition electronically on system designs.
