Q. What is the advantage of self-regulation?
A. A simple mechanical device significantly reduces the cost and complexity of multiple point chemical injection systems and provides easy operation.

Q. Can I designate custom flow rates?
A. Yes, all of our valves are custom configured for specific flow and chemical compatibility.

Q. Can you automate flow control valves?
A. Our A2 family of Actuators provide remote control of the valve. Customer selectable communication/control of the motor via 24 volt, 4-20 mA, profibus (subset of  fieldbus) or ethernet. 

Q. How do you achieve such high turndown ratios?
A. Our patented technology sets flow control by the internal pressure of the valve, not overall system pressure.

Q. Can I choose the construction material?
A. Special materials are evaluated based on our experience, customers regularly specify seal materials.

Q. Can I connect multiple low flow valves to a single pump?
A. Yes this is one of the greatest benefits of our technology. The number of chemical injection valves that can be connected to a single pump is limited only by the output of the supply source.

Q. How do low flow valves maintain constant flow rates?
A. Our patented dual floating piston technology compensates for any pressure fluctuations.

Q. How do flow valves prevent clogging?
A. Our patented technology provides larger passageways for larger particle to pass through without clogging.
