Amflow®
Flow Control Valves represent the latest technology in patented Dual Piston technology developed by A & H Enterprises.  Our ATEX-certified chemical injection valves have the highest turndown ratio in their class, operating over a far wider range of flow rates than traditional valves, with repeatability and accuracy within ± 3% full range.  All of Amflow's® Flow Control Valves can be configured for automated or manual flow rate adjustment.

Flow control is set by the internal pressure of the valve and not the overall system pressure, allowing for minimal operating torque for flow adjustment and easy adaptation to automation.  

 

Chemical Injection System Integration

Multiple flow control valves can be installed in a single pump or supply header chemical injection system, limited only by the output of the supply source.  Unlike chemical injection pumps, our chemical injection valves require little to no maintenance.  A purge port allows the user to direct a high flow stream of chemical across the fixed orifice in order to flush any chemical residue or debris that might accumulate over time. This features reduces the necessity of opening the valve and cleaning jets manually and significantly lowers maintenance and replacement costs

FLOW CONTROL VALVE SELECTIONS

     AM7B 


The AM7B is the original Amflow® Flow Control Valve using A & H Enterprises patented Dual Piston technology.  It's inception reset the "Standard in the Industry" for state-of-the-art reliable metering over a wide range of chemicals.  The primary advantage over previous technology is the ability to operate over a wide range of flow rates and chemicals with greater accuracy. 

 

 AM7E  and AM7E-001   

 

Now the flagship valve for Amflow® the AM7E uses the AM7B standards and technology.  The AM7E is an easier serviced flow control valve designed to incorporate an adjustable dual jet system which greatly increases the turndown ratio, providing from up to 150:1.  The inlet and outlet ports are at a 90-degree orientation to each other.  The body section that contains the outlet port can be rotated 180-degrees to change the relative port orientations to facilitate installation requirements.  The AM7E-001 has the same characteristics but is designed for easier access to the dual jet system in actuator installations.

 


AM8C


For chemical injection applications requiring a range of flow rates as low as 1.00 LPH up to 600 LPH, the ATEX-certified AM8C Flow Control Valves features our patented Dual Piston technology.  The AM8C is pressure independent for reliable metering across a wide range of chemicals. This self-regulated design provides a standard turndown ratio up to 50:1, with repeatability and accuracy within ± 3% full range.  The AM8C is able to pass 1.00mm particles, making it suitable for chemical injection applications with some debris in the process line.  

 

AM9A

 

For chemical injection applications requiring a range of flow rates as low as 120 LPH up to 1200 LPH, the ATEX-certified AM9A Flow Control Valves features our patented Dual Piston technology.  The AM9A is pressure independent for reliable metering across a wide range of chemicals. This self-regulated design provides a standard turndown ratio up to 10:1, with repeatability and accuracy within ± 3% full range.  The AM9A is able to pass 1.00mm particles, making it suitable for chemical injection applications with some debris in the process line.  

 


AM11A

 

 

 The AM11A is a higher pressure version of our flagship product the AM7E.  Using the same standards, features, and technology as in the AM7E, the AM11A was designed to greatly increase the operating pressure.

 

AM12A

 

The AM12A is a reliable option for those chemical injections systems using Methanol with flow rates between 120 LPH up to 1200 LPH, with the exception of Methanol which is 1370 LPH.  Operating pressure ranges from a minium of 20-bar (300 PSI) up to a maxium of 414-bar (6,000 PSI). The turndown ratio is up to 10:1. 

 

AM30

 

The AM30 is Amflow's® solution to applications requiring very high flow rates. The AM30 provides flow rates to 4000 LPH. This makes the AM30 flow control valve a good choice for high flow methanol injection.
